2D Mark & Trace was established primarily to provide this popular service. It is used where you may not wish instruments to leave your premises. This may be due to inventory levels or where you simply wish to maintain a high degree of control over your instruments and operating lists.

SiteMark uses highly portable equipment that requires a minimum of space and can be up and running, ready to mark in minutes of our arrival. You can be assured that the equipment we use has only been used on surgical equipment. We only require one electrical socket. The equipment used will have the same features and technology for both code marking and verification.

SiteMark will be carried out by the same team, with the same training levels and competencies that we use in our own facility. We operate using the same Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions whether on our own premises or on your own premises. Our personnel are familiar with both decontamination facilities and operating theatres and will work seamlessly within you own procedures, changing regimes etc.

Our experience is that our productivity is improved with the use of a runner to ensure a steady flow of instruments to and from the marker. Either you or we can provider the runner. Good communication between our two operations is critical for a successful outcome and work hard to ensure that we both understand each others needs at the outset.
